Anytime between the stores opening hours. Public Holiday times may differ, keep an eye out on social media for adjusted times.
Can they spend time out of the enclosure?
Unfortunately for safety reasons, we are unable to let your pets out of their enclosure. We ask you to provide lots of toys and enrichment during their stay for this reason.
What if I forget something for their stay?
We have a range of products for sale in store to pick up any last minute supplies.
Surcharges
There is a small holiday surcharge for certain periods, including the Christmas and Easter period and some Public Holidays.
Boarding Locations
Our boarding section is away from the general public and our store animals to ensure your pets are comfortable.
When do I pay?
Payments for boarding are paid upon drop-off in store. Boarding extensions are paid for at the time of collection.
Do I need to add an additional water bowl for my bird?
No, birds will always be provided with a bowl. However, small animals will be given water bottles unless a water bowl has been added to their reservation.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, please call or email to extend your pet's stay to ensure we have adequate space. If no notice is given a daily surcharge will apply.
Can I leave my carry enclosure?
No, unfortunately, we are unable to keep transport carriers during your pet's stay - if you are unable to take the transport carrier back you may have to use a disposable transport carrier.
Will my pets be housed with other animals?
No, only the pets on your reservation will be housed together.
What do I bring?
All you need to provide is toys and enrichment. If your pet requires medicines, supplements or extra treats please provide them at drop-off.
What if my pets don't get along?
If your pets cannot be housed together for any reason, seperatae reservations will be needed.
